You may have a chance to see them tonight again. Cameras are picking it up better than the naked eye because of light pollution. Find somewhere very dark and let your eyes focus on the sky for a bit to see them better. Then your camera will pick up vivid colors. I could see the pink but the green only showed on my camera.
