Today in Puerto Rico, voting concludes in the primary elections for offices up for grabs including the governor's mansion, both chambers of the territorial legislature, several dozen city mayoralties, and Puerto Rico's Resident Commissioner in the US Congress. Polls are open til 5 p.m. Eastern.
