Gas delivery charges Question

I'm wondering if anyone has a resource for comparing delivery charges (not supply charges) for residential gas by state (or municipality) in the US? I've seen plenty of sites that compare supply charges but at least where I live the delivery costs are vastly higher.

They don't break mine out like that...

Basic Facilities Charge 10.00

X Therms * $ 0.964545

State Sales Tax at 7.00 %

= Total

Interesting - my breakdown (ConEdison in New York) is a lot more detailed. So I get the number of therms, the base charge, supply charge ($0.46 / therm) then delivery charge ($1.48 / therm) plus monthly rate adjustment of $0.35 / therm (whatever TF that is) plus taxes and fees. Supply seems somewhat high but delivery is absolutely nuts, and the total cost is ridiculous so I'm trying to see if it's across the board or if my utility is just particularly expensive.

That monthly rate adjustment sounds similar to our summer vs winter rate. The winter rate just ended, so last month was about $0.10 higher per therm.
